Kylie Jenner Just Bought a $4.5 Million Mansion—For Her Makeup

When 19-year-old Kylie Jenner bought her $6 million Hidden Hills mansion in May, it was clear that the lip-kit-making queen of Instagram was living the high life. Fun fact: that purchase was actually an upgrade from her former home, a five bedroom, seven bathroom, $2.7 million Calabasas house she bought just before her 18th birthday.
For someone who hasn’t even lived two full decades, Kylie clearly has quite the real estate resume. It shouldn’t surprise you too much, then, to learn that she just purchased a $4.5 million mansion. This one sits adjacent to her current home and will likely be turned into—wait for it—her makeup offices, reports E! Online.
The details are still trickling in, but E! writes that Kylie has no plans to leave her current home, and will continue to use that space as her primary crash pad while using the second house as more of a work space. So, from the sounds of it, this four bedroom, four bathroom, 5000-square foot property will serve as a makeup emporium and lavish working space for Kylie Cosmetics.
Imagine it now: a veritable wonderland of glossy, metal, and matte Lip Kits, rows of Kyliners, and enough Kyshadow for the entire neighborhood—all inside one glorious mansion.
