David Beckham is Launching a Skincare Line
Wouldn't you love a facial from him?
Rob Lowe has a skincare line. Ryan Seacrest is launching one, too. Now, word is out that David Beckham has also entered the skincare game. (No pun intended.) So if three makes a trend, then it's official: male celebrities are cashing in on the clean-complexion craze.
According to WWD, the British soccer star has inked a deal with Biotherm Homme, a French brand that falls under the L'Oreal umbrella. If Beckham's face doesn't scream use Aquapower Gel Moisturizer, what does, so he's already the face of that Biotherm product. But, Beckham will also be working with the brand to develop his own line of grooming and skincare products. And why shouldn't he, when he proudly admits to cleansing and moisturizing? (See captivating evidence below.)
The line is scheduled to launch in 2017, and will address the skincare concerns of men in the 25-to-30-year-old age range. That's a younger customer than is typical for the brand, but if anyone can inspire a young man to cleanse and moisturize, it's Beckham. (And that's a sentence we thought we'd never use.)
