The model mama has called it her favorite place on earth.
Chrissy Teigen plays favorites when it comes to travel destinations — and her pick for the best place on earth, hands down, is Lake Como, Italy. "There’s just something so picturesque and so quiet about it,” she told Travel + Leisure. “When you look out on the lake it looks like a painting. It’s completely silent.”
And it's no wonder she loves it so much: It's the place where she married John Legend back in 2013, and where she's returned with friends and family many times... including to introduce the place to baby daughter Luna. And now, the whole fam is once again back in the beloved destination for some all-ages fun in the sun.
She shared snaps of her man strolling with Luna along the picturesque waterfront... and a snap of baby girl indulging in a spot of pasta!
She also captured a shot of Luna frolicking in an opulent hotel environment... clad in a colorful frock and sweet little jelly shoes for summer.Last year, Chrissy provided a bit more back story on her love for the location, posting a snap with John alongside the caption: "Back to where it all began — Lake Como, Italy. First came here in 2007. A boat tour guide took us to a little spot on the lake and told us to make a wish. I asked for this to be the man I marry and have children with. I think John asked for the most perfect bite of cacio e pepe. Both came true, and here we are."
