As if she didn't make us cry enough in This Is Us (five-tissue alarm, everyone!), Chrissy Metz's latest Instagram posts have us blubbering at our desks. After posing for a pinup-theme spread in Harper's Bazaar, the actress posted the most touching, inspiring, well... just read it:
"Here's what I know...It doesn't matter where you come from, what your scale currently says or what society has taught you to believe. You are entitled to greatness. No matter what. I say this to you and as a reminder to myself," the actress wrote, next to a picture of herself looking fly in a polka-dot dress from Unique Vintage. We're not crying—you're crying!
And, there's more! " We are beautiful works in progress and that's more than enough. Start there. When you sit in your seat confidently you allow others to embrace theirs," Chrissy said. Yes, ma'am!
