Celine Dion's First Met Gala Appearance Is The Gift That Keeps On Giving

It's an undeniable fact: being at the Met Gala is an exciting thing. (I mean, the Rihanna spotting alone!) But another fact is that no one, in the history of Met Gala or the world, has ever been so excited about a ball as Celine Dion was last week. The golden-piped Canadian made her first—yes, first—appearance at the glittering function this year, and just look at this face, will you?

The singer hit a high note (heh) in her bespoke Versace gown, Bulgari jewels, and feathered headpiece. And, she literally hit a high note inside the museum, singing—yes, singing—in glee inside its marble-paved walls. It was awesome, as you may have predicted. Take a peek.

And after it all, the Canadian celebrated like a true New Yorker, grabbing a late-night hot dog from a street vendor. The dog, we'd assume, was dressed in ketchup. As for our giddy friend? "Fully dressed in Versace!," she captioned the pic.
