Luke Gulbranson Is Now a Real Estate Agent: Details on His "Magical" Career Move

Luke Gulbranson recently made an exciting new career move. On May 9, the Summer House alum announced in an Instagram post that he is now a real estate agent with The Corcoran Group in New York City. 

In his post, Luke shared he was particularly excited about "working with the best [The Corcoran Group] in this magical city!"

On May 15, he shared a glimpse at his new job as he checked out an apartment. In an Instagram Story photo of a beautiful kitchen and living room, Luke wrote, "Had a lovely time viewing this new development in Hell's Kitchen," and encouraged his followers to email him for more details on the listing. 

According to Luke's Corcoran bio page, he is currently working on his first listing with the brokerage: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental for $9,695 per month in NYC's NoMad neighborhood.

"Luke’s knowledge of construction and the potential of space, coupled with his experience in business and sales make him a valuable real estate partner," reads his Corcoran bio. "He’s quickly able to understand people’s needs and successfully fulfill them through hard work, dedication and clear communication."

"'Buying or renting a home is one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life,'" Luke adds in a statement in his bio. "'My goal is to help them enjoy the experience, make smart choices, and get the best deal possible. I really want my clients to feel confident, secure and be able to trust in my ability to serve them. That’s why I always put their interests at the forefront. I won’t stop until we find a home my client is happy with in a neighborhood that fits their lifestyle.”'

The bio also notes that the Minnesota native has lived in New York for more than 20 years in neighborhoods including "Williamsburg, East Village, Midtown East, Soho, Hudson Yards and Flatiron, so he brings extensive insights to his clientele." 

Lindsay Hubbard showed her support for Luke's new career, writing in a comment on his Instagram post, "Congrats bud!!!"

Before getting into real estate, Luke has proven to be a successful multi-hyphenate. In addition to working as a hockey coach, he also founded jewelry and apparel company R_Co, as well as his own maple syrup brand. He also works as an actor and film producer.
