No Top Chef season would be complete without also watching lead judge Tom Colicchio on Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen, Top Chef's Emmy-winning digital companion series. The show has returned "with a new twist as a new chef tries to break into the competition,” according to a press release.

Where can I watch Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen?

Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen launched on Wednesday, March 27, immediately following Top Chef — at 10:15/9:15c — on BravoTV.com, on YouTube, and in the Bravo app​​​​​. It premiered on Peacock the following day at 6 a.m. ET.

New episodes of Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen will be released every Wednesday at 10:15/9:15c on BravoTV.com, on YouTube, and in the Bravo app, with episodes available on Peacock the following mornings at 6 a.m. ET.

You’ll be able to stream Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen episodes on Peacock on Thursdays beginning at 6 a.m. ET.

How does Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen work?

In Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen, the chefs eliminated from Top Chef go head-to-head with one another to try to cook their way back into the competition.

However, there is a new twist for this season: Some of the eliminated chefs from Top Chef will cook off against Chef Soo Ahn, the surprise 16th competitor who is looking to make his way into the main competition.

In addition to Tom, Top Chef Season 21 host Kristen Kish and Top Chef Season 21 judge Gail Simmons will make appearances on this season of Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen.

Where can I watch the Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen ​​​​​trailer?

The one minute teaser for Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen was released on March 26. It provided fans with a first look at the new cheftestant and a preview of his resilience in the kitchen.

Who Is Chef Soo Ahn from Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen?

Chef Soo Ahn is originally from Seoul, South Korea, and Tacoma, Washington. He currently resides and works in Chicago, Illinois and is the Executive Chef at Adalina, an "upscale Italian" eatery. 

Per his official Bravo bio, "Soo Ahn believes that food, at its best, is a culinary adventure and pushes boundaries in his cooking to offer unique concepts for guests to indulge in."

"He takes the drive and competitiveness he learned from his first career as a professional golfer and translates that into the kitchen," it continues. "He finds inspiration through his grandmother’s traditional recipes, childhood snacks, fast food chains and travel experiences across the U.S., South America, and Korea."

"After taking classes at Johnson & Wales University, Soo worked his way up through the fine dining scene in Chicago," it says. "At Band of Bohemia, he helped the team retain a Michelin star and ultimately served as Executive Chef."

"Outside of the kitchen, he recently got married and still plays golf as much as possible, one day hoping to play with Thomas Keller, David Chang, and Tiger Woods," it adds.

Where can I watch Top Chef Season 21?

The new season of Top Chef premiered with a supersized episode on Wednesday, March 20 at 9/8c on Bravo. (During Season 21, every episode will be supersized.)

New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock, BravoTV.com, and in the Bravo app.

Where can I watch the Top Chef Season 21 trailer?

The Season 21 teaser for Top Chef, which was released on February 7, gave viewers a peek at new twists and turns for the contestant to navigate through in the competition series. The two-minute clip also offered a glimpse of the guest judges of the new season.

Who are the contestants on Top Chef Season 21?

The 15 contestants who appeared on Episode 1 of Top Chef Saason 21 are:

A total of 12 chefs eliminated from Top Chef Season 21 will compete on Season 13 of Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen for the chance to return to the main competition.

Who are the Top Chef Season 21 judges?

Judging the contestants on Top Chef in Season 21 are new host Kristen Kish, head judge Tom Colicchio, and long-time judge Gail Simmons, who are on hand to witness all the action in the competition.

They’re be joined by an elite rotating judging and dining panel this season, which includes Dane Baldwin, Charlie Berens, Ryan Braun, Paul Bartolotta, Dominique Crenn, Curtis Duffy, Clea Duvall, Andrew Kroeger,  Emeril Lagasse, Hunter Lewis, Bricia Lopez, Tory Miller, Itaru Nagano, Carrie Nahabedian, Joe Papach, Shaina Papach, Justin Pichetrungsi, Sofia Roe, Sean Sherman, Adam Siegel, Helmi Smeulders, Art Smith, Brittany Snow, Elena Terry, Christina Tosi, Erick Williams, and David Zilber.

Where does Top Chef Season 21 take place?

The cheftestants are competing in Quickfire Challenges and Elimination Challenges in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin.

The show will also "embark on a special high-seas finale with award-winning cruise line Holland America Line," per a press release.
