Aesha Scott Shows Off Her "Meaningful" Diamond Engagement Ring: "I'm So Happy"
The Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew gushed about the "perfect" ring following her engagement to Scott Dobson.
Following her engagement to Scott "Scotty" Dobson, Aesha Scott is now showing off the details of her gorgeous, gleaming engagement ring.
Aesha's boyfriend of four years proposed earlier this month, and she revealed to Us Weekly she was "totally surprised" by the proposal. Another beautiful surprise? The gorgeous diamond ring Scott procured for the Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew, which Us Weekly noted was crafted by jewelry designer Layla Kaisi.
Lucky for us, Aesha showed off the sparkling stunner in a May 9 Instagram Story, opened up about the proposal, and showed off her gleaming engagement ring in the process.
"Reporting to you live as a fiancée!" Aesha playfully exclaimed in the video, putting her gorgeous engagement ring on display.
The awe-inspiring accessory, which Us Weekly reported features a round-cut diamond center set within a medley of accent diamonds, looked dazzling. The design was also noted to represent each member of Aesha's family, while the champagne diamond accent honors her late brother.

"Thank you to [Layla Kaisi Collection] for helping Scott design the most perfect, meaningful ring ever," Aesha gushed in a May 9 Instagram carousel of images from the dreamy proposal. "I will cherish it forever, every time I look at my finger I think of all the thought that went into it [...] I keep looking down at my finger and just squealing inside."

Further in her Instagram caption, Aesha reveled in her and Scott's engagement, sharing that, as "one of those hopeless romantics," she always dreamed of how she "might get proposed to one day."
"[L]ast week all of those daydreams came true in the most perfect moment where I got my very own proposal, she shared. "Writing that makes tears come to my eyes. During my [twenties] I thought meeting my one might not happen for me, I was too busy flitting around the world doing my own thing. But I did find him, and in all the dreams of a happy ending, I never thought I’d get someone quite as good as Scott. He is a good, decent, honest person to the core and he loves me so much. He treats me well and respects me and my dreams and makes me laugh. I had never had a healthy relationship so I didn’t know what such a good one even looked like. I am the luckiest woman in the world that I get to have his love. He is my fairytale ending."
