Tracy Tutor “Still Spends Time” with Her Ex Erik Anderson: “We’re Navigating…”

In August 2023, Tracy Tutor shared that she and Erik Anderson were “taking a break” after dating for three and a half years. Months after announcing their split, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent revealed exclusively to BravoTV.com that she was “single [and] back on the market.”
However, Tracy now confesses that her ex-boyfriend isn't out of her life entirely, and for good reason. In the latest episode of Bravo's Hot Mic podcast (clip above), Tracy sat down with host Alex Baskin to discuss how she and Erik are “navigating” their new dynamics and shared an update on her dating life.

After declaring her love life a “sh-t show,” Tracy admitted to Alex that she “still spends time” with her ex, but only as a friend. “We share a dog, so he’s at my house a lot,” she said. The realtor went on to explain that it can be “difficult” to be around Erik daily since they’re still a work in progress.
“I don’t know, I just think we’re just kind of navigating how to move forward as friends,” she noted.
Tracy Tutor reveals what she’s looking for in a guy
While Tracy’s still adjusting to the single life, she mentioned on the Hot Mic podcast that she’s active on Raya and has been on a “few sketchy dates.”
When it was time for Tracy to reveal what qualities she’s looking for in a suitable bachelor, she expressed that she “prefers to be with someone that has a child” and who “appreciate[s] a little edge,” referring to her personality.
