In a preview for Below Deck Season 11, Episode 15 (which will air on May 13), Chef Nick Tatlock — who just joined the crew after Anthony Iracane's firing — gets worried after seeing a charter guest who bares a striking resemblance to his ex-girlfriend.

As the charter guests, who are a family from Newport Beach, California, approach the dock in the Episode 15 preview, Chef Nick makes a startling realization. "Sh-t, that looks like my ex-girlfriend," he tells the other St. David crew members.

"I know it's not, though," he adds immediately thereafter.

Captain Kerry Titheradge Says the St. David Crew "Needs to Step Up"

Thankfully for Nick, he can avoid the awkwardness of seeing an ex on the yacht, but Captain Kerry Titheradge wants him and the rest of the yachties to really take their work to the next level this charter.

"These guests have their own yacht," Kerry explains in an interview on the episode. "They're gonna expect nothing but the best. We haven't really been challenged that much so far."

"You know, we've had easy guests — not even close to a high-end client who expects things all-bougie and all-amazing," he continues. "The team needs to step up a level. No more mistakes."

After a season featuring a series of guests who liked to stay up and have fun on the boat, chief stew Fraser is looking forward to having the family on board.

"This is the kind of yachting I'm used to doing," he says in his own interview on the episode. "Working for a family, they've been in yachting for a while, they clearly have lots of money. They're bringing their kids on board to congratulate them for being their own kids."

Adds Fraser, "They are not like other guests that we've had this season. I'm finally happy to have a group on board that really know how to enjoy themselves politely."
